Abstract

The article considers the principal juridical properties of the decisions of constitutional (statutory) courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It analyzes the content of finality characteristic of decisions of constitutional law regional authorities and admissibility of analogy in the mentioned issue with the relative property of the Russian Constitutional Court decisions. On the example of the Russian Federation constituent entities laws on constitutional (statutory) courts there is investigated the difference of approaches to the foundation of decision reconsideration. The article proves the position according to which in consequence of domination of the Russian Federation Constitution and carrying out activities of the Russian Federation constituent entities courts in a universal constitutional legal space the finality of the decisions of constitutional (statutory) courts of Russian constituent entities has a relative character.
