Abstract |
The article considers the characteristics of
objective side of crime, providing criminal
liability for violation of home sanctity. The author
draws attention to the fact that failure to leave
housing has the same degree of public danger as
home-invasion; consequently it should be fixed by
legislation in the disposition of Article 139 of the
Criminal Code, as well as in the title of rule. |
