Abstract |
The study of errors in
administrative legal relations is necessary, the
ultimate goal of this study is developing
scientific recommendations contributing to maximum prevention of new errors,
identifying and eliminating the existing one. Prevention of errors is an
important direction of public authorities’ activity which should be developed.
Performance indicators of administrative authorities should be focused on the number of
prevented errors rather than on the number of cases of prosecution,
which are the results of identified errors. Public authorities should be
interested in preventing applicants’ errors. |
