Abstract |
The volume and content of the notion
:Appartment” as for the constitutional law for housing adopted by Article
40 of the Constitution of RF are considered in the article. The cooperation
between the notions “apartment” and “dwelling house: is characterized,
corresponding acts of the European Union for the rights of a man , Constitutional
Court of the Russian Federation as well as theoretical views explained in
science literature are analyzed. Different new methods for the solution of problems
mentioned are given. Author’s view on definition of the necessity to
fulfill the notion of apartment based on the
necessity to perform social securities to
provide social duty to realize the law. |
