Abstract |
On the basis of analysis of
regulatory acts of the Russian Federation as well as its constituent entities
competence of legislative (representative) agencies of state power of the constituent
entities of the Russian Federation are considered in the article. It is formed by
three major authority groups in the sphere of state development; authority in the
sphere of economic and socially cultural development. It is peculiar to the
regional bodies of state authority. Such approach of authorities differentiation is
supposed to make it possible to reveal the whole range of authorities of
legislative (representative) agencies. The authorities of a law making
character play essential part in competence of legislative bodies of the Russian
Federation entities. |
