Abstract |
The article considers actual problem
of providing legal significance of electronic document flow in the process of
arrangement public services. The author analyzes legislation in the field of
electronic document flow, studies the mechanisms of the provision of legal
significance for electronic document.
The article represents the
requirements to electronic documents, which
implementation provides legal value of electronic
documents. The author identifies the structural elements of the
electronic environment of interaction between authorities and the recipients of
public services. |
