The article considers the problems connected with the content of the Russian Federation Constitution, modern processes of its realization as well as establishing in national constitutional legal science of risks theory; it characterizes the possibilities of risks general theory development in connection with such specific sphere as the constitutional law; it analyzes the issues of necessity, opportunity and practical appliance of constitutional legal risks theory; the paper determines the correlation of “risk” category and the most fundamental concepts of constitutional law; the article proves the possibility of development of the tool of perception of multiform constitutional legal phenomenon and processes as well as the practical value of the mentioned theory for minimization of negative consequences of decisions made in the situations of constitutional legal risk.
