Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of prevention of use of a slave labor and human trafficking in the XXI century. Freedom is an essential benefit, natural and inalienable right of every person. This situation has become a fundamental principle of modern international law. The international community has paid great attention to the protection of personal freedom. At present the use of a slave labor and human trafficking became a serious social and legal problem in Russia. The author underlines that prevention represents activities for elimination, neutralization or weakening of the criminogenic factors generating human trafficking or promoting it.
