Abstract

The paper analyzes the current theoretical approaches to the problem of legal liability. It investigates features of civil liability. It characterizes the peculiarities of responsibility in the housing law. The article analyzes specific prevalence of the peremptory nature of liability for breach of housing obligations. The article defines the peculiarities of responsibility in the housing law as a duty of an offender to carry additional negative (unfavorable) consequences of the offense leading to deprivation of personal, organizational or material nature. It considers the theoretical approaches to the formulation of liability for breach of the housing legislation. It formulates an independent determination of liability in the housing law.
