Abstract

In the article the information society is seen as the object of the constitutional legal regulation. We study the essential characteristics of the information society on the basis of analysis as a doctrinal point of view, and the provisions of the “Strategy for Information Society Development of the Russian Federation.” Substantiates the entry of the information society into an object of constitutional and legal regulation. Arguing about the legal issues that arise in the information society, it is proposed to designate as appropriate, define and limit the actualization of constitutional and legal regulation of information society in the various stages of its development.
