Abstract

The article considers issues of the activity of teaching employees on the example of the position of preschool teacher within the abidance of the principle of prohibition of involuntary labour. The author presents fundamental problematic issues connected with the implementation of the aforementioned type of labour activity. On the example of judicial practice the author shows the consequences dangerous for lives and health of children at involuntary combining of professions.The article contains the proposals on expanding the Constitution of the Russian Federation, namely in part 2 article 37. The author makes conclusion on possible impairment of rights of teaching employees for decent work and its payment according to the law.
