Abstract

This article examines the concept and General signs of the crime of aggression of the state as an international wrongful act against the peace and security. One of the most serious crimes is a crime against humanity, and the consequences of aggression from any state are victims among the people, namely mere civilians. Basic principles of international law fixed in the Charter of the UN are violated as a result of aggression. Violation of the principle of an international right is a crime, a wrongful act. Accordingly, aggression is a crime, and the state is the subject of this crime the objects of which are the violated legal rights and obligations, and any crime must be responded.
