Abstract |
The article analyzes the regional
legal acts of the Russian Federation, containing norms which secure the animal
management and trapping, and administrative responsibility for animal abuse. The
article also summarizes and highlights some widespread rules and
norms which may serve as a preventive measure for animal abuse provided by
the Article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The
author also place an emphasis on a preventive measure for «doghunting» by
establishing rules for catching stray animals and ensuring responsibility for
those who do not follow these rules or are not authorized to carry out the trapping. |
