Abstract |
The article studies the issue of
sectoral pertain of relations in the sphere of
employment of the population including veterans of
military actions, as well as statutory acts which
regulate the aforementioned relations. Despite the
opinion of certain scientists on the fact that
relations between the citizens and state employment
offices are part of the subject of labour law, the
author considers relations between the state
employment offices and the citizens applied with a
request for employment provision are part of the
subject of administrative law. The author concludes
that statutory acts which regulate social relations
in the sphere of employment form a sub-sector of
administrative law, namely ‘law of employment’. |
