Abstract |
In the article the current state of legal regulation
of the state power supervision in the Russian
Federation is considered. The structure and the
content of federal state power supervision and its
main areas of focus are defined. The author also
analyzes the implementation of the procedure of the
state energy supervision in the Russian Federation.
The author of the article focuses his attention on
the standard provisions of the current legislation
which consolidate the functions of federal bodies of
state administration, the functions which include
the implementation of federal state energy
supervision. The article contains conclusions on
rather standard regulation of federal state energy
supervision. |
