Abstract |
In the article are observed personality traits of
juvenile delinquents in legal
awareness building under the conditions of
isolation from society. The great
attention is paid to discovering individual
psychological traits distorting legal
awareness of this group of persons,
researching life values, social attitudes
and tendencies to deviant behavior, legal
view building, forming lawful life attitude.
The author comes to the conclusion that there
are common factors and
interrelations between personality traits of
juvenile delinquents and their
legal awareness building during serving
sentences in correctional institutions,
and draws the conclusion that there is the
wisdom to conduct complex and
psychological characteristic of studied
persons. |
