Abstract |
In the article analyzes the
influence of international treaties on investment and legal regulation which is
carried out at regional international level. The main current tendencies of
regionalism in the international investment law are pointed out. Special attention
is paid to the influence on development of regional investment cooperation of
norms of the WTO which regulate the investment relations connected with world
trade. In article also analyzes serious influence of norms of the so-called
soft law which has recommendatory value on the formation of norms of
investment regulation, both at regional and national level. |
