Abstract

The article analyzes problems of improvement of investment climate in modern Russia, and specifies the implementation of the international standards in the regulation of investments. The article also considers problems of development of system of international legal contracts in the sphere of investments including bilateral contracts of Russia with other states. The analysis of features of implementation of investment norms is provided in regulation of the investment relations, in particular, in different types of investment contracts. The article also designates features of legal policy of Russia on inviting foreign investments.
