Abstract

Gambling advertising is the part of service industry in modern society. The sphere of gambling advertising determines some regulations and prohibitions. The breach of legislation entails the administrative responsibility, and some issues and questions are frequently raised in the course of its realization. While implementing the administrative responsibility one should divide the notions of a signboard and of an advertisement, as well as take into account the aim of the enterprise which initiated the advertising construction. The sphere of gambling advertising in the Internet is not regulated by the current legislative system which entails the extensive use of illegal advertising in the internet. This phenomenon is socially dangerous because the underage have the unlimited access to the Internet.
