Abstract

This article is devoted to studying of methods of legal influence on social relations. The author made an attempt to create a fundamentally new legal structure – indirect (mediated) legal relationship – that is based on the analysis of the traditional views on the methods of legal influence on social relations that are implemented within the vertically-hierarchical relationships. According to the author, this system allows to improve the efficiency of the legal action by including civil society institutions in the management process.
