Abstract |
The article deals with the
organizational aspect of the activity of the
investigator at the stage of initiation of
criminal case and on the initial stage of the investigation, identifies the
existing grounds and disadvantages of the time lag between the actual beginning of the
investigation and its continuation, as well as proposes measures of improvement
and raising efficiency of the organization of criminal investigations of hot
pursuit. Reducing the time between the
commission of the crime and the actual
start of the criminal investigation
is not only the existence of probable inevitability of punishment, but also the increase
of the chances of finding traces of the crime, witnesses of the offense,
and the possibility of complete, comprehensive, and efficient production of a
criminal investigation. |
