Abstract |
The article considers the questions
on improving the order of exercising of the rights of legislative initiative by
the legislative bodies (representative agencies) of state power of constituent
entities of the Russian Federation, technology for draft laws preparation; special
attention is paid to legal and linguistic
examination of draft laws, different methods for
efficiency increase of legislative initiative preparation are given for the
constituent entities of the Russian Federation. |
