Abstract |
The paper touches upon the factor
determining the primary barrier to higher education for persons with
disabilities: this architectural environment of
higher education institutions. The review
and the analysis, as the current legislation and draft laws affecting these
issues. The empirical base of the articles are based on statistical data collected
by the «Center for social policy and gender studies». In the final part of the
recommendations, allowing to some extent solve the problem. |
