Abstract |
The article deals with the powers of the territorial
bodies of the Ministry of
Justice of Russia for the conformity assessment of
regulatory legal acts of the
rules of legal technique in carrying out the
examination of normative legal acts
of subjects of the Russian Federation and their
projects.
The authors explore the particular acts of
conformity assessment rules of
legal technique, reveal some of the current issues
of the enforcement of regulations
intended to settle the legal relations in the area
under consideration,
suggest ways to improve them. |
