Abstract |
The author significant data on the injured (victim)
as a result of commission
of crimes in the sphere of small and medium business
are described criminalistic.
The criminalistic characteristic of victim's
identity of the businessman which
is auxiliary information can help investigation
authorities. The person who is
engaged in business activity doesn't assist in the
majority of cases to conflict
emergence, is the latent victim. The analysis of
types of victim's identity gives
the grounds to draw a conclusion that for the
businessman are characteristic
selective victim and professional types. Besides,
among the victims there can
be initiative, neutral, noncritical, passive and
noncritical types. |
