Abstract

In clause questions of efficiency of the maintenance of a customs interdictionThe article raises issues of efficiency of the subject matter of customs interdiction on transfer of pornographic materials over the customs border as an integral part of the unified legal mechanism of pornography counteraction. As a result of comparative and legal analysis of the subject matter of the given customs interdiction with norms of other branches of law the author reveals certain problematic issues connected with the incompleteness of this interdiction concerning all actions made with pornographic materials prohibited by norms of the national law. In connection with this respective alterations of customs interdiction on transfer of the given type of goods are offered.
