Abstract

This article analyzes the legal nature of social and economic human rights, as well as reviews various interpretations of its system. The analysis covers the normative content and ways of securing provisions that directly correlate with the sphere of social and economic human rights in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Rights for economic activity, social welfare, labour and human freedoms of citizens are established. Finally, an attempt is made to review the human rights function of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
