Abstract

The article presents a study of electronic administrative regulations of provision of public services to citizens. The authors reveal problems and challenges occurring in the process of informatization of activities of state and municipal authorities in the Russian Federation. The article substantiates the dependence of the low level of legal regulation of administrative regulations and the quality of government services provided with the help of information and communication technologies at the federal and regional levels. Based on the analysis the authors provide recommendations to improve the modern legislation and adopt the standards that enshrine the requirements for electronic administrative regulations.
