Abstract |
The author of the article considers
the issues of boundaries of legal regulation of financial law on the current
stage of Russian society and state development. The paper proves the urgency of
studying teleological aspect of financial law including investigation of
financial policy and financial control goals. It
underlines the necessity to use the financial
law in the process of legal regulation of mechanisms and means conformable
to modern rates of economics and country development. |
