Abstract |
Being based on the norms of criminal
legislation of Ukraine and the Russian Federation, the article investigates
features of responsibility for trenching upon cultural values as well as other
relative objects of cultural property. The paper conducts comparative
description of the crimes, which provide responsibility for the infringement
on these items under the legislation of both states. On the basis of the conducted
analysis the author gives recommendations in relation to the change of current
criminal legislation of Ukraine and the Russian Federation. |
