Abstract |
The investigation reveals
controversial issues both of theoretical and
practical characters concerning the civil
dispositive capacity. In the article the author makes an attempt to correlate mostly
fully and affordably the civil dispositive capacity with allied legal
categories which are used not just in civil but
other spheres of the Russian Law. The
author outlines in details the juridical limits of “civil dispositive capacity”
category usage, herewith pointing out the
particularity of the existing legal relation.
Clear idea of similar features and principal differences of legal units having
certain states of legal entities will let the law enforcement official accurately
evaluate the legal connection and apply the relative law norm. |
