Abstract |
The article is devoted to the
problems arising in the field of current housing legislation of the Russian
Federation. The article explains the need for the adoption of the federal and regional
level (in the Nizhny Novgorod region) regulations governing housing
relations in order to make it possible to accept the legal solutions on the queuing
to improve the living conditions and the provision of housing under the
social rent contracts. The article describes the author's concept of these problems
solutions that will allow eliminating social injustice and make possible the
satisfaction of the interests of citizens in need of accommodation. |
