Abstract |
The article considers concepts and
the system of means of an investigator’s investigation and search activity
with an account of the current state of criminal procedure and criminalistics.
Scientists’ points of view on the means comprising the system of an investigator’s
investigation and search activity differ in defining the concepts of
“investigatory search-oriented actions”,
“investigatory actions”, “search actions”.
Therefore the article gives a full consideration of subject, aim and objects of search
and investigation activities. The author considers that the system
of investigation and search activity means should include: investigatory
search-oriented actions, procedural actions provided by the Criminal
Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, search actions of known objects
searching, organizational arrangements.
