Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of the new Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan governing the admission, registration and permit applications and reports of criminal offenses. Exception stage criminal case of criminal proceedings, the introduction of the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations require a different legal regulation ensuring the constitutional rights of citizens to be protected from criminal attacks, commitment and timely action on the statements and reports of criminal offenses. These issues are discussed in comparison with the pre-existing provisions of the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and certain provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. At the same time, it is a series of statistics on the results of law enforcement in the test area.
