Abstract

Globalization, demographical situation on the world scale, working population decline, and unemployment make it necessary to impose questions of employment as the top-priority issues of the national strategies of development and growth.

The article analyzes tasks set for legislators and bodies of executive power in the sphere of provision of decent work. The authors raise the question of the correct selection of personnel and the development of labour productivity. In particular, they give the general characteristics of pre-labour relations on the basis of Russian legislation and foreign experience. A lot of attention is paid to the problem of stabilization of labour relation in distant work as a key condition for provision of decent work.
