Abstract

The article analyzes the changes in the labor legislation in the field of labor protection based on the Russian state guarantee of social and economic rights in connection with the adoption of the Federal Law ‘On special assessment of working conditions’ and the related changes in the Code of Administrative Offences. Attention is drawn to the new articles of the Code of Administrative Offences which relate to the protection of labor and changes in measures of administrative responsibility for the guilty officials, legal entities, and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without establishment of a legal entity.
