Abstract

The article analyzes the work of the bodies of state supervision over the statutory compliance and other statutory acts which possess norms of labour legislation within the framework of provision of state guarantees in the field of labour protection, high level of safety and hygienic culture of labour in enterprises. Together with the information on the results of inspections carried out by the State Inspection of Labour, as well as with the generalized conclusions on the reasons of committed violations of law the author dwells on preventive measures aimed at reduction and prevention of violations of law which are the main reasons of accidents on production including the ones with drastic and fatal consequences.
