Abstract |
The review to the thesis of the M.G.
Cherepasov reveals the relevance and timely character of the topic of the
research and the level of the justification of the scientific provisions,
conclusions, and recommendations; the contents of the paper is analized. The positive
and questionable issues, the novelty of the paper, and the personal contribution
of the doctoral candidate in the development of the scietific problem are also
highlighted in the article. |
