Abstract |
The article considers the basic
theoretical positions which reflect the importance of the Constitution of the Russian
Federation as an independent social value. The author proves the
necessity of the systematic approach to
understanding the Basic Law in mentioned
characteristics as the basis for effective development of the Russian
constitutionalism. |
