Abstract |
The article is devoted to the
analysis of the process of restoring the bodies of proletarian authority in the
Urals after the liberation of its territory from the troops of the Supreme Ruler of
Russia, Admiral А.V. Kolchak. Much attention is paid to the role of Red Army
divisions in the solution of political problems in front line areas, to participation
of military men and soldiers in the reconstruction of political infrastructure. The
cause, development and peculiarities of the Soviet building are revealed on the
basis of archive documents, periodicals, and legal acts. The statements of
Soviet period researchers about the creation of emergency power bodies (revolutionary
committees) are refuted; the legal nature and methods of their
activities are discovered. |
