Abstract |
The article deals with topical
issues of acquisition and legislative support of legal employment of migrants from
the former Soviet republics and non-CIS countries. A concise comparative
analysis of innovations in federal migration legislation and statutory provisions
on the matters of governmental control and supervision of legal employment of
foreign citizens and stateless individuals in the Russian Federation is done.
Moreover, apparent gaps in legal regulation of migration sphere are stated and
the suggestions on their improvement are introduced. |
