Abstract

The article studies the importance and subject matter of the basic aims and goals of the investigating activities with the help of complex analysis of the activities of the investigating authorities. Workers of pretrial investigation agency are interested in further solution of this problem in order to provide full and accurate accomplishment of their professional missions.
