Abstract |
In the article the author examines
main directions of the development and alteration of the organizational
structure of the Soviet militia after the
termination of the Civil War. The author also
pays special attention to the influence of the administrative and territorial
reform in the Ural on the approbation of the system of functional administrative
militia management. |
