The article considers certain peculiarities of measures ensuring legal proceedings on administrative violations applied by official bodies of border control subdivisions. The author points out that implementing measures ensuring legal proceedings on administrative violations has the following peculiarities: the factual grounds of the implementing measures ensuring legal proceedings, subdivisions which are authorized to implement the measures, the scope of persons to whom the implemented measures are related, as well as the fact that the possibility of measures implementation is regulated by the general and special rules and regulations of the administrative legislation of the Federal Security Department of the Russian Federation.

The author also considers her own definition of the term ‘The implementation of the measures ensuring legal proceedings on administrative violations applied by official bodies of border control subdivisions’.
