Abstract
The article deals with main trends of information
technology application in administration of justice
by arbitration courts. A concept of creation of
so-called e-government is denoted. The author
analyses the advantages of implementation of
electronic justice in the territory of the Russian
Federation. The main emphasis is laid on examination
of practical applications of information technology
in arbitration process such as electronic document
management, conducting sessions of court with use of
videoconference systems. The author makes a summary
of evolving arbitration practice connected with
information technology implementation in arbitration
process (the case of Arbitration Court of the
Chelyabinsk Region). In addition, the forecast
of future application of information technology in
arbitration practice is made.
