Abstract |
This article analyzes the problem of binding to the
mandatory technical inspection of motor third party
liability insurance. The introduced measures do not
result in such effects as a reduction in road safety,
but the introduction of such a mechanism shows the
importance of accident problems and the desire of
the state to take measures to solve such problems. |
