Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of possible areas of improvement of the civil legislation from the point of view of legal technique, and suggests ways of improvement of the civil legislation. The consideration of this issue is made in the light of changes in the civil law carried out on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 18.07.2008 No. 1108 «On improvement of the Civil code of the Russian Federation» and was developed on behalf of the «Concept of development of civil legislation of the Russian Federation». Based on the analysis, the author makes recommendations for change in modern civil legislation of the Russian Federation, and first amendments to the Civil code of the Russian Federation. A separate issue is discussed the influence of the level of a normative act from the point of view of legislative techniques on the efficiency of its application in the framework of civil legal relations.
