Abstract

This article analyzes the methodological problems of the constitutional law as one of the key divisions of jurisprudence. The views of leading experts on the right to the specific methodological approaches to the development of various provisions of the constitutional and legal studies are considered in detail. Attention is drawn to both the theoretical definitions and specific opinions and points of view that are more specific. Some recommendations for improving the use of tools of legal terminology in the implementation of scientific papers in the field are made. Only through such a rigorous and precise unification of terminology can be a real optimization of scientific approaches to topical issues of constitutional law in our country.
