Abstract |
The article presents the conceptual
historical and legal analysis of research papers which contributed to the
establishment of the fundamental theoretical background of knowledge pertaining
to the constitutional regulation. By analyzing different research papers issued at
different historical stages of legal science development, the author
describes the process of evolving of this legal category, defines its content and
updates its legal meaning at different stages of development of the state.
