Abstract

The article describes theoretical and practical issues of sustainability of agrarian business within the food safety system, including the combination of external and internal factors and relevant indicators. The article dwells on the competitive growth of agribusiness and discusses the possibility of taking the consolidated regulation in the form of the Business Code. The authors

underline the necessity to further improve legal framework of the business while taking into account the views of specialists concerning the subject of regulation and a name to be given to the relevant legislative act.
